1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is received.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high order volumes or promotional periods. Processing time is not included in the stated delivery time and may vary accordingly.

2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We ship exclusively with DHL using standard shipping.

Average delivery times are:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • EU-Countries: 2–7 business days

Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g. customs clearance or local holidays), delays may occur.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping within Germany: 4,90 € flat rate
    Free shipping for orders over €40
  • Shipping within the EU: 9,90 € flat rate
    Free shipping for orders over 100 €

Exact shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only deliver to residential and business addresses within Germany and the European Union.
  • Delivery to DHL Packstations is possible if specified correctly.
  • We do not currently ship outside the EU.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to check the status and location of your package at any time.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

Was your order damaged or lost?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@oh3-handel.de so we can quickly find a solution for you.

If your item was damaged, it helps to have photos of the packaging and the item ready. We´re here to help!

7. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs or import duties usually apply.

Should we offer worldwide shipping in the future, please note that any import fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
